IFPA Pro Figure competitor Jodi Lynn Braun is a DotFit nutrition consultant. Fitness, health and nutrition have been her passion for getting many clients in shape through exercise and a healthy lifestyle.  Dedication and motivation is what makes Jodi a professional competitor and what makes her an effective trainer/coach.  Along with being a CPT through ISSA, DotFit and Apex, she is a group fitness instructor, a figure coach and the DotFit nutritionist for Premier Fitness. Jodi has trained side by side with Brian Fahrenfeld whom was the originator of the Apex Fitness Nutrition Program in Rockland County in 1995, which was the number one program in the country for many years.
