Ability to log daily food intake as well as log physical activity - recommendations are made based on your goal and date you would like your goal completed by.  Exercises with pictures are recommended for cardiovascular activities as well as strength training and stretching regimes.

Why Going Vertical NY?

Speed School classes are designed to improve running technique, lateral quickness and all the explosive movements necessary to succeed at the highest level of competition. Our training minimizes an athlete's risk of injury and optimizes their level of performance by making them bigger, faster, stronger, smarter, and more explosive.

Youth Conditioning - incorporates fun and friendly games with skill set development.  Focus is on body weight training, coordination, balance, flexibility, and endurance.
