Jodi Braun
Jodi is a certified personal trainer through ISSA (International Sports and Sciences Association) and holds an Apex Certification. Her specialty is strength training and conditioning with lots of motivation! Jodi is also a certified Group Power Instructor, bringing group fitness and weight training together.
Jodi holds three 1st place and two 2nd place trophies in All Natural Bodybuilding/Ms. Figure Competitions and is a Pro IFPA Figure Competitor. She enjoys coaching figure competitors with training & stage presentation and conducts Figure Workshops for competition preparation. Motivating clients to be healthy and active is her passion.

Michael is a graduate of Montclair State University. He majors in Exercise Science, and Physical Education. Along with being a well rounded athlete and student, he is a member of Premier's Team Torque World Championship powerlifting team. He specializes in strength training, and will help get anyone to the next level of their fitness goals. Mike is also a group fitness instructor, and teaches many of the Going Vertical classes.

Siobhan O'Shea

Siobhan has a master�s degree in Exercise Physiology and is certified by AFAA (Aerobics & Fitness Assoc of America). She also holds certifications in Pilates and Group Power and enjoys teaching group fitness classes for adults and our youth. When training clients one on one, Siobhan focuses on performance, posture and injury prevention for the ultimate workout.

Lisa is also a contributing author of Strong Bones for Life through Exercise, published by the New York Sate Osteoporosis Prevention and Education Program. |
